DESCRIPTION:The next EOSC-A National Tripartite Event in Ireland will take place on the morning of 3 November\, in conjunction with NORF’s National Open Research Festival 2023. \n\nThe National Open Research Forum (NORF) is pleased to announce Ireland’s National Open Research Festival 2023 and calls for proposals for lightning talks and workshops.  Established in 2017 to drive the national agenda for open research\, NORF provides a space for communication\, consultation and cooperation among key stakeholders in the research system regarding strategic issues and overarching policies and procedures on open research.
