DESCRIPTION:The second FAIR-IMPACT All Hands Meeting will occur middle of October in The Hague. \n\n\nThe FAIR-IMPACT consortium will gather in person in The Hague from October 15th to 17th to assess progress and finalise the project work plan. \nThis All Hands meeting presents a valuable opportunity for collaboration\, emphasising milestones and achievements. \nThe agenda includes plenary sessions on October 15th to outline the project’s trajectory\, followed by task sessions for in-depth discussions and focused meetings on specific topics. \nMoreover\, this event will enable reunions with the FAIR-IMPACT EOSC Champions and coordination with our sister project\, FAIRCORE4EOSC

DESCRIPTION:The CLARIN Annual Conference is the main annual event for those working on the construction and operation of CLARIN across Europe\, as well as for representatives of the communities of use in the humanities and social sciences. \n\n\nThe CLARIN Conference 2024 will be a hybrid event. Virtual attendance is open to the wider public. The conference will take place in Barcelona\, Spain. The event is organised and hosted by CLARIN ERIC\, in collaboration with CLARIAH-ES. \n\n\n\n\n\nCLARIN2024 is organised for the wider humanities and social sciences communities in order to exchange ideas and experiences within the CLARIN infrastructure. This includes the design\, construction and operation of the CLARIN infrastructure\, the data\, tools and services that it contains or for which there is a need\, its actual use by researchers and teachers\, its relation to other infrastructures and projects\, and the CLARIN Knowledge Infrastructure.\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to welcome authors of accepted papers\, members of national consortia and representatives of CLARIN centres\, representatives from partner organisations\, and many others who are interested in becoming part of the CLARIN

Open to all! \nIn September’s edition\, we invite you to participate in an insightful session exploring the collaboration between ORCID and OpenAIRE. \nDiscover how this partnership enhances the transparency of the OpenAIRE Graph and benefits researchers like you. \nAbout our guest speaker: Paloma Marín-Arraiza holds a degree in Physics and a master’s in scientific information and communication\, both from the University of Granada (Spain). She obtained her PhD in Information Science at São Paulo State University (Brazil)\, with a thesis focused on data modelling for enhanced publications. Before joining ORCID\, she worked in research libraries in Germany and Austria\, dealing with non-textual research outputs and persistent identifiers\, respectively.
