DESCRIPTION:The Research Data Alliance is delighted to announce the 23rd Plenary Meeting taking place in the capital of Costa Rica – San José on 12-14 November 2024. The 23rd Plenary edition will be held in a hybrid format with in-person and online audience. \n\n\nSan José sits in the middle of the country in the Central Valley\, and it is surrounded by untouched cloud forests. San Jose is considered as a traditional Central American city and a cosmopolitan urban city. It is home to solid history and culture\, outstanding architecture\, and friendly locals. \n\n\nHosted by Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) in collaboration with Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR)\, Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC)\, Universidad Nacional (UNA)\, Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED)\, Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN)\, a three-day hybrid conference will bring together leaders from around the world to tackle some of the biggest data challenges and questions we face today\, to share new ideas and explore best practices in using data.\n\n\n(Spanish translation) Research Data Alliance se complace en anunciar la 23rd Plenary Meeting que se llevará a cabo en la capital de Costa Rica\, San José\, del 12 al 14 de noviembre de 2024. La 23rd Plenary Meeting se desarrollará en un formato híbrido con audiencia presencial y en línea. \n\n\nSan José se encuentra en el centro del país\, en el Valle Central\, y está rodeado de bosques nubosos vírgenes. Es considerada una ciudad tradicional centroamericana y urbana cosmopolita. Es hogar de una sólida historia y cultura\, una arquitectura excepcional y gente amable. \n\n\nOrganizado por el Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) en colaboración con la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR)\, el Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC)\, la Universidad Nacional (UNA)\, la Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED)\, y la Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN)\, una conferencia híbrida de tres días reunirá a líderes de todo el mundo para abordar algunos de los mayores desafíos y preguntas sobre datos que enfrentamos hoy\, compartir nuevas ideas y explorar las mejores prácticas en el uso de datos.
