SUMMARY:CLARIN Annual Conference 2024
DESCRIPTION:The CLARIN Annual Conference is the main annual event for those working on the construction and operation of CLARIN across Europe\, as well as for representatives of the communities of use in the humanities and social sciences. \n\n\nThe CLARIN Conference 2024 will be a hybrid event. Virtual attendance is open to the wider public. The conference will take place in Barcelona\, Spain. The event is organised and hosted by CLARIN ERIC\, in collaboration with CLARIAH-ES. \n\n\n\n\n\nCLARIN2024 is organised for the wider humanities and social sciences communities in order to exchange ideas and experiences within the CLARIN infrastructure. This includes the design\, construction and operation of the CLARIN infrastructure\, the data\, tools and services that it contains or for which there is a need\, its actual use by researchers and teachers\, its relation to other infrastructures and projects\, and the CLARIN Knowledge Infrastructure.\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to welcome authors of accepted papers\, members of national consortia and representatives of CLARIN centres\, representatives from partner organisations\, and many others who are interested in becoming part of the CLARIN

SUMMARY:EOSC Symposium 2024
DESCRIPTION:We are happy to announce that the EOSC Symposium 2024 will be held 21-23 October 2024\, in Berlin. The EOSC Symposium 2024 will be a critical event on the path to EOSC post-2027\, and will build on the success and momentum established by the 2023 event\, while also expanding the potential for on-site participation. \nEOSC Symposium 2024 will take place under the patronage of the German Minister for Education and Research Bettina Stark-Watzinger. The event is being organised in coordination with the EOSC-A German Mandated Organisation\, NFDI\, and the Leibniz Information Centre for Economics (ZBW)\, an EOSC-A Member. \nIn order to capitalise on the synergies between the EOSC and NFDI communities\, NFDI will hold a meeting with representatives of its 26 consortia back-to-back to the EOSC Symposium in order to trigger collaboration between the target groups.
