About our guest speaker: Paloma Marín-Arraiza holds a degree in Physics and a master’s in scientific information and communication, both from the University of Granada (Spain). She obtained her PhD in Information Science at São Paulo State University (Brazil), with a thesis focused on data modelling for enhanced publications. Before joining ORCID, she worked in research libraries in Germany and Austria, dealing with non-textual research outputs and persistent identifiers, respectively. Since March 2020, she has been part of the ORCID team, where she is currently the Associate Director of Engagement.
