At its second annual retreat, the UN Secretary-General’s Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) adopted a landmark statement on open science, with the International Science Council serving as lead coordinator.
EOSC-A President Klaus Tochtermann took part in a panel discussion during the STOA Round Table at the European Parliament today. During his talk, Tochtermann highlighted that EOSC is not a new system. It aims to connect infrastructures that already exist in Europe to provide seamless access to data and services, following Open Science principles.
